I went to the University of South Florida for my bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, and then I moved on to East Tennessee State University for my graduate degree in biology. My graduate concentration was microbiology. As a graduate student, I had the opportunity to serve as a teaching assistant for a microbiology course, and I also taught the lab for this course. This experience was rewarding, and led me to tutoring. I enjoy helping students find success in subjects I have focused my academic career on. As such, I tutor biology, life sciences, biochemistry, and microbiology. In my spare time, I like to fish, scuba dive, lift weights, and go on hikes.
